Quick health check
Answer a few simple questions and receive a personal health plan: the areas to look after first, the check-ups worth discussing with your doctor and where to have them, often free of charge. It takes about five minutes, and nothing you enter leaves your device.
Your health plan
Your plan is ready
It is based on your answers, India's national screening programme and international guidance. Use it to start a conversation with your doctor; it is not a diagnosis.
