This notice explains how The Wellnezz Concept Co ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you write to us, request samples or apply to become a partner, we collect the details you give, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, city and message.
• Professional accounts. When you register for professional access, we also collect your profession, registration or licence number, council or authority and a password, which is stored only in encrypted form.
• Searches. We record the words typed or spoken into our search, without your name or contact details, so that we can improve our answers and decide what to write next.
• Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in.

What we do not collect

The health checks and My medicines run entirely on your device. Your answers and your medicines list are never sent to us. They are kept only in your browser until you clear them. We do not use advertising cookies and we never sell personal data.

Services we rely on

When you use voice search, your browser's own speech service (provided by your device or browser maker) turns your voice into text, and only that text reaches us. To answer health and medicine questions, we send the search words, never your identity, to public information services of the US National Library of Medicine and the US Food and Drug Administration.

Why we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, to provide professional access, to arrange samples, visits or partnerships you request, to keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and you may withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed for these purposes, and then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us through the contact page. You may also raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
