Verify a product
Enter the verification code printed on your pack, or scan the QR code on the label. You will see the product, the batch and its expiry date.
Where to find the code
On packs that carry it, the verification code and QR code are printed near the batch details.
If the code is not recognised
Check the characters and try again. If it still fails, do not use the product and let us know where you bought it.
Something seems wrong?
If the packaging looks unusual, a seal is broken or the product smells or looks different, please do not use it. Keep the pack and write to us.
